Allah does not burden a person beyond his capacity.
Learn from your past but leave it there. Don’t keep going back. It will destroy your future. Live for what the Almighty has given you today. A true Muslim believes that everything happens for a reason,the good and the sad. The good one give you happiness and a bad situation just makes you closer to Allah. Obey and love Allah. Allah loves you and awards you for your obedience to him.
